CAREERS: PROJECT MANAGERS
The primary objective of this position is to work closely with business leaders and end users, perform in-depth analysis of business problems and opportunities, and be responsible to identify, select, and implement technology solutions. The Project Manager / Business Analyst will assist management in the identification and documentation of business requirements and work with IT to translate them into effective solutions that provide value. They will need to lead cross-functional project teams and strong business knowledge is required. This position will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. We seek a strategic thinker who can develop and manage relationships with internal customers and help to guide business IT investment. - Work with the IT director on formulating and defining ITstrategy and objectives. Must have exp with SAP ERP/CRM/BI/SCM.
- Work with all functional areas of the business and lead cross-functional project teams on business process improvement, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, and R&D.
- Support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation, and end-user training.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Perform business process mapping and conduct presentations to management, client audiences and professional peers.
- Have a strong understanding of business systems for ERP, CRM, SRM, etc., specifically SAP.
- Interact closely with other BAs, software developers, technical support, and outside consulting organizations.
- Project management experience that encompasses the following: +coordination of users and technical staff in matrix organization.
- multiple departments or locations.
- planning, estimating, budgeting
- ability to ensure cost/schedule/performance objectives are met
- Incorporate risk management strategies in project planning to mitigate potential issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has less than 5 direct reports and is the highest level position within IT at this location. Over time, more resources will report directly to the corporate IT function and not directly to the business. Therefore, the primary responsibility is to be able to work effectively leading and participating in teams in a matrix environment. |

Education and/or Experience
- Generally, this position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably including, or supplemented by, technical courses. MBA a plus.
- The incumbent should have a minimum of 10 years experience in Business Systems analysis and/or extensive experience in one of the functional area (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, and R&D
- Must have SAP functional experience
- Must have project management training and experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations.
- Training or certification in application area (SAP), business process analysis or accredited professional development courses. Certification in Project Management a plus. Transactional Six-sigma green belt a plus.

- Full system life cycle experience
- Demonstrated strong conceptual, analytical, and project management skills
- Demonstrated success in working on high impact cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including end-users, both technical and non-technical
- Proven strong decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of creating strong teams and processes in support of IT solutions.
