The Platinum program is dedicated for customized remote solutions. For example, you want to research a Solution Manager product to do deployment of Change Management in accordance with your needs or you want to go to a stack of a Netweaver Platform and you do not know how you would want to layout the project plan definitively. Or you simply are looking for help because you need additional help and are unsure, how long you want the resources for and are constrained by a fixed budget. You do not want to overflow the budget, but at the same time you cannot afford onsite consultants charging at an hourly rate. At the same token, help is badly needed.

We will help you customize a mix of offsite and offshore consultants that will be within your budget and yet get the job done.

We will work with you to your satisfaction.

With this in mind, we setup this program.

Again, the resources come up at the same costs as our Gold program.

The only thing we add here is a dedicated consultant, who will be aware of your requirements and you can co-ordinate all effort with that one person (24 X 7 X 365).

This person will act as the one-point of contact for all your needs, and will ensure all delivery as customized to meet your need.

This will not just be a managing consultant, but will also be a platinum level practicing consultant who will contribute significantly to the delivery of your solution and will know and track your specific needs from time to time.

Both the Gold and Platinum programs work just the way you would have an onsite consultant or your employee work. They work towards delivering work that you want them done. We do not define anything in scope our out of scope as long as the work is reasonable and reasonable time estimates are concurred upon to complete the work.

All our programs ensure documentation as a given none of our work goes undocumented. Each work is fully documented and available for your review at completion, so that you have things to reference when needed.
